How far in advance should we book Velvet Vows?

For a destination wedding, twelve to eighteen months is comfortable. We take on a limited number of celebrations each season and peak winter dates in Rajasthan close early, so an early conversation costs nothing and protects your options.

What is your typical planning fee?

Full planning is quoted as a percentage of the overall wedding investment or as a flat professional fee, depending on scale. We share a written scope and fee structure after the first consultation, before any commitment.

Do you work outside India?

Yes. We regularly produce weddings in the UAE and Southeast Asia and have planned celebrations in Europe. Our team travels with the wedding and partners with a vetted local production crew in each city.

Can you take over a wedding that has already been partly planned?

Often, yes. We review existing contracts and commitments first and tell you honestly what can be improved and what is already fixed.

Do you handle smaller, intimate weddings?

We do. Some of our favourite work has been for sixty guests or fewer. The design attention is identical; only the scale changes.
