The studio
We plan a small number of weddings each year, and we plan them completely.
Velvet Vows is a design and production studio for weddings and private celebrations. We work from Delhi, Jaipur and Udaipur, and we travel with the wedding — to a coastline, a desert, a family home. Every celebration begins with a conversation about your families and ends with a team on ground who know your guests by name.

A long, unhurried conversation about your families, your calendar and what you actually want the days to feel like. We leave with a brief, not a package.

Imagine
Concept direction, venue shortlists and a budget architecture that shows where the money creates feeling and where it quietly disappears.

Design
Palette, materials, drawings, renders and menus. Every element is drawn for your wedding and fabricated by people we know by name.

Coordinate
Contracts, logistics, guest desk, timelines and rehearsals. The heavy engineering happens here, months before anyone notices it.

Celebrate
A senior team on ground from load-in to load-out, so that on the day your only responsibility is to be entirely present.

Ishani Raghav trained as a textile designer before spending a decade in event production. She started Velvet Vows after one too many weddings that looked like every other wedding that season.
